Scrap tires piled up like a mountain on the yard of Nantong Huili Rubber Co., Ltd.. Those tires will be transformed into the raw material of the company’s key product, reclaimed butyl rubber, after recycling.
Nantong Huili established long-term strategic partnership with renowned international tire companies, such as Goodyear and Continental, since 1995, and its output and sales of reclaimed butyl rubber kept a leading position in the industry.
Currently, Nantong Huili’s annual capacity of all types of reclaimed rubbers exceeded 100,000 tons and the annual sales were over 500 million yuan.
Rubber recycling has been considered as a black industry. But Nantong Huili puts great emphasis on environmental protection in the product R&D, turning the black industry into a green industry is always the target of Nantong Huili.
