Qingdao Yellow Sea Rubber Co Ltd announced that a China-based chemical research institute will acquire 115,429,360 shares in the Company, for RMB 4.28 per share (RMB 494,037,660.8 in total) from a Qingdao-based rubber group company. As a result, the research institute will hold 45.16% stake (115,429,360 shares) in the Company up from 0%, and the rubber group company will hold no stake in the Company.
