Bridgestone tire plant Russia
Bridgestone plans to set up a tire plant in westernRussia, which will be the tiremaker’s first production base in the country.
The new plant is expected to have a production capacity of about 12,000 tires per day in 2018.
Bridgestone is the second Japanese tire maker building a plant inRussia, following Yokohama Rubber Co., which started production in theLipetskregion in May.
