Cooper Tire factory slowing production

Cooper Tire factory production
Production will come to a stop at Cooper Tire & Rubber's Findlay factory. The facility is trying to balance inventory with slumping sales.
The plant will close from April 1 to April 7. It will also close on the other three Sundays in April, as well as on May 12.
According to a report filed by Cooper, an influx of Chinese-made tires and the installation of new software are to blame for the slowdown.
