An Aluminum wheel project come into operation in Anhui
An automatic production line of electric vehicle wheel has been successfully developed and planned to put into operation in Xicheng Circular Economy Industrial District of Jieshou City,Anhui Province.
This production line different from traditional manual casting techniques, but takes metal mould gravity casting techniques, which could realize 1500- 2000 electric wheel hubs of production per day.
Xicheng Circular Economy Industrial District also focuses on 2 million units of auto parts aluminum die-cast alloy, 30 thousand ton/year of aluminum profile, 50 thousand ton/year of aluminum plate, 30 thousand ton/year of aluminium foil, 10 thousand ton/year of special aluminum profile and 30 thousand tons of circular ingots of aluminum casting alloy yearly.
