China first one-step mixing line comes into production

China’s first one-step mixing line has come into production in Qingdao in recent days, according to Tireworld’s report.
This production line is self-designed and self-developed by Qingdao Double Star Tyre Co., Ltd, narrowing rubber mixing process from four steps to only one step, which largely reduces production cost.
Test shows that tires produced from the new line have better performance. Its surface resistance could be lifted 10% to 15%, and quality stability could be raised by over 20%.
