BYD targets annual sales at 470,000 units in 2012

Chinese automaker BYD (002594.SZ; 01211.HK) has set its annual sales target for 2012 at 470,000 units, with an estimated growth of 4.9 percent from 2011.
The automaker sold 448,000 motor vehicles in 2011.
