Sinochem expands rubber capacity in Hainan

Recently, Sinochem International moves it’s a rubber process plant of Hainan Sinochem Rubber to a bigger area, due to its development demand.

After completion, the new plant, with a total investment of 150 million tons, could process 45,000 tons of rubber.

Until now, Sinochem has had three rubber process plants inHainanProvincesince it started its rubber business there in 2004, said Li Chao, chairman of SinochemSingaporebranch.

In that case, Sinochem owns 110,000 tons of rubber process capacity inHainan, he said.
