According to latest report from ANRPC, there have been 9,779,000 tons of natural rubber by the end of September, year on year rising by 1.5%.
Affected by bad weather, natural rubber production in Vietnam and Indonesia decreased 9.8% and 14.1%.
In the first nine months, natural rubber consumption in the world yearly increased 6.6% to 10,653,000 tons, and respectively increased 3.4% in China, 14.2% in India, 40.2% in Thailand and 5.1% in Indonesia.
There were 7,294,000 tons of natural rubber exported from ANRPC members, yearly decreased 2.2%.
NR export in Thailand declined 0.6%, 4.7% in Indonesia, 5.1% in Malaysia, but growing 5.9% in Vietnam.
It is predicted that there would be 13,851,000 tons of natural rubber produced in 2018, yearly growing 3.7%, and 14,033,000 tons of natural rubber consumption in 2018, yearly up 5.3%.
