China rubber import slides down for 4 months

According to China Customs' data, China imported 146,000 tons of rubber in July, year-on-year rising by 0.82%.

However, it is the fourth month that rubber import slid down in China, because most rubber producers in Southeast countries stopped cutting rubber in March and April.

To be noticed that, China imported 25,988 tons of rubber from Indonesia in July and 79,663 tons from Thailand, and 8,702 tons of rubber from Vietnam. Indonesia has surpassed Malaysia to be the second largest rubber import destination for China since last November.
