Qingdao NR stock surged in Feb.

By the middle of February 2017, Qingdao rubber inventory monthly surged 28.57% to 156,600 tons.
Amongst, natural rubber increased 25,100 tons to 116,200 tons, month-on-month up 27.55%;synthetic rubber lifted 9800 tons to 36,000 tons, month-on-month rising 37.4%, but compound rubber decreased 100 tons to 4400 tons, month-on-month down by 2.22%.
China's Spring Festival is the main reason that inventory surging, analyst said.
