Summary on China carbon black export in April

Statisitics from China's Customs showed that China exported 55000 tons of carbon black in April, year-on-year declining 5.7%, montly dropping 15.81%. Average export price yearly down 21.67% to 645.83 dollars/ton, monthly increasing 1.03%.

In April, top five export destinations were Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan and Taiwan Area, respectively taking 26%, 18%，9%，7% and 6% of total export.

At the same time , top five exports were Tianjin Port, Qingdao Port, Shanghai Port, Yantai Porrt, Dalian Port, respectively taking 37%, 21%, 12%, 7% and 6% of total export.  

On the effect of anti-dumping measure, India has disapeared from China's top five export destination.

Anaylsts said that China's production cost kept rising, and higher sea frieght squeezed carbon black profit. China's carbon black export has lost its price superiority。
