Shandong recycles over 120 mln scrap tires in 2013

East China’s Shandong province, a major tire producing region in China, put 127.41 million units of scrap tires into reuse in 2013, said a local government official.

At present, 1,172 firms engaged in comprehensive utilization of resources have enjoyed tax cuts and other types of policy incentives in Shandong.
These firms realized output value of 11.523 billion yuan in the first quarter of 2014, a rise of 17.1 percent year on year.
