Turkey starts Sunset investigation on motorcycle tires imported from China
Recently, Turkey's Trade Ministry released a file that the country has started Sunset investigation on motorcycle tire imported from China、Thailand、Indonesia and Malaysia.
Referred tax numbers are 4011.40、4013.90.00.00.11、8714.10.30.00.00.
On September 18 in 2002, Turkey first started anti-dumping investigation on motorcycle tires imported from China and Thailand.
On April 30 in 2003, Turkey decided to collect 37% to 100% of antidumping tax on related production from China and 68% to 100% on products from Thailand.
On July 25 in 2014, the country started anti-dumping investigation on motorcycle tires imported from China, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia, and made a decision in the next year.
Tax ratio on those four Asian countries are respectively 37%～100%、68%～100%、0%～19.6% and 19.6%～29%.
The term of validity was July 25 in 2020.
