U.S. Determines Mandatory Respondents for Anti-dumping Case

The U.S. has determined the mandatory respondents for the administrative review of the anti-dumping case against passenger car tires and light truck tires imported from China.

The mandatory respondents are Giti Tire (and other affiliated companies in China), and Beijing Best Choice International Trade Co., Ltd.

The U.S. authority will release the preliminary result of the administrative review on the anti-dumping case before May 3, 2017.

Lawyers suggest the mandatory respondents to participate in the anti-dumping probe completely and carefully, they should also take the on-the-spot investigation seriously.

The other companies applied for separate rates will be the average rates of mandatory respondents.
The U.S. initiated an anti-dumping investigation on July 15, 2014. against passenger car tires and light truck tires imported from China.

The U.S. Department of Commerce declared on Aug. 5, 2015 to impose anti-dumping and anti-subsidy tariff on passenger car tires and light truck tires imported from China.
