China keeps natural rubber import tariff unchanged

China would partially adjust the import and export tariffs since January 1st, 2012,but keep natural rubber import tariff unchanged, maintaining the same tax rate as in 2010, according to a notice about tariff implementation plan in 2012announced by China's Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council.

For instance, the provisional tax rate of the natural rubber latex tariff number 40011000 is 10% or 720 yuan/ ton, charging the lower one. The ribbed smoked sheet tariff number 40012100 is 20% or 1600 yuan/ ton, charging the lower one, the technically specified natural rubber tariff number 40012200 is 20% or 2000 yuan/ ton, charging the lower one.
