U.S. Commerce adjusts import duty rates on select Chinese truck&passenger tires
On April 17, U.S. released the third administrative review result on anti-dumping duty & anti-subsidy duty collected on Chinese passenger and light truck tires.
On the side of anti-dumping duty, Shandong New Continental Tire Co.,Ltd. is the only mandatory respond company, and would be collected zero duty. And other 17 company participating administrative review would also be taken the same zero duty.
On the side of anti-subsidy duty, there were two mandatory respond companies, including Jiangsu Kunshan Cooper Tire and Shandong Longyue Rubber, respectively rating at 17.15% and 27%.
Other 25 companies joining in administrative review would be levied 20.05% of average rate.
