Guangrao tire industry suffered from typhoon

Suffering from typhoon, Guangrao, kingdom of tire in China, was going through flood, and parts of tire factories were submerged.
There were multiwaterloggings in Guangrao county, due to continuing storm during August 18-20.
Local people working in the tire factory said that there were many tire factories in rush of water, and equipments, raw materials and semi-finishing products.
Vedio showed that staff in tire factory even rowed into the plant.
So far, the local government hasn't released damaged amount. But local tire people said the factories may stopped running in short term, which might effect tire price.
