General Science Technology listed in Jiangsu pilot companies

On June 8th, Jiangsu Economic and Information Technology Commission released its 2018 pilot companies list, who would adopt Informatization and Industrialization integrated management system.

There were only four tire or tire-related companies in the list. Jiangsu General Science Technology Co.,Ltd. was the only tire manufacturer in the list.

Jiangsu General Science Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 601500) is a holding subsidiary of Hongdou Group, a key enterprise group in Jiangsu Province and one of the national 120 pilot units for deepening the reform.

Founded in 2002 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in September 2016, the Company is a modern high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of all-steel radial tires and bias tires. With a stable and professional marketing team and a sound marketing network, the Company has developed more than 10,000 image stores and brand stores, so it is a leading enterprise in the all-steel load radial tire replacement market.

In April, the company announced to invest 300 million dollars to build up a high-performance radial tire production line in Cambodia.

Quechen Silicon Chemical Co., Ltd, is also in the list.

As the global major supplier specialized in silica (white carbon black), Quechen Silicon Chemical Co., Ltd., located in New Material Industry Park, Xishan District, Wuxi, Jiangsu province, is the 1st enterprise manufacturing silica with full industrial chain. So far, a full industrial chain has already been formed from sulfuric acid and sodium silicate as raw materials to silica as end product.

In January, the company signed an agreement to build up a carbon black factory in France.

At the same time,Jiangsu Sumec Wheels Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Dicastal Wheels Co.,Ltd. are also in the list.
