China releases first patch of certificated tire

On May 31, China Auto Production Green Creation and Quality Promotion Alliance released its first batch of certificated green tires.

There were six tires from three companies passing through the certification, which were as following: 

Li Chunjiang, director of Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China, showed on the release and gave his congratulations to the companies.

He said the Alliance should further complete evaluation indicators、methods and standards. They should recruit more industrial organizations, vehicles and parts companies to build up a big platform for green development.

At the same time，Alliance members should fully apply advanced internet technology into certification.

China Auto Production Green Creation and Quality Promotion Alliance was founded in December 2017, co-built by 11 organizations such as Society of Automotive Engineers of China and National Passenger Car Quality Supervision and Inspection Center etc..

The Alliance aimed at building up a platform to form a unite of green production standard.
