Chinese MOC starts to anti-dumping survey on NBR from Japan, Korea

On May 15, Wangxin, deputy director of Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau Ministry of Commerce People's Republic of China, Wang Yinling, deputy director of Commerce Bureau of Gansu Province, and others from China Synthetic Rubber Industry Association came to PetroChemical Lanzhou Chemical Company to develop Acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber（NBR) anti-dumping investigation.
On September 29, 2017, Lanzhou Chemical and Ningbo Shunze Rubber Co.,Ltd represented Chinese NBR industry applied to start anti-dumping investigation on NBR imported from Korea and Japan.
China's Ministry of Commerce announced to place the investigation on file on November 9 2017.
