Recently, Thailand Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives said that there would be 100,000 tons of natural rubber exported to China during December 1 of 2018 - March 31 of 2019.
Thailand's Bank of Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperation would loan 5 billion Baht to related companies to by rubber cutting equipment and machines.
The whole plan would be completed by April 2019.
To solve the problem of natural rubber price, Thailand Natural rubber Commission plans to approve two programs. One is to lift rubber farmers' competition, and the other one is to lay at least one kilometers of rubber road in every village.
By the middle of November, there were nearly 1 million rubber plant owner and over 300,000 rubber planter.
If the government supply subsidies to them , there would be 17.5 billion Baht of capitals.
Besides, there were about 75,032 villages in Thailand, which would need over 16.3 billion Baht to complete aims of one kilometer rubber road in every village.
