Statistics showed that there were 12,770,000 tons of carbon black produced in the world in 2017, and Chinese production took 43.4% of global production.

Statistics showed that production in Asia Pacific Area was 7.84million tons in 2017, taking 61% of global production; production in north America was 1.7 million tons, taking 13%; production in Russia and Eastern European countries was 1.25 million tons, taking 10%; production of 7 Western European countries was 780,000 tons, taking 6%; production in Middle South America was 780,000 tons, taking 6%; and production in Africa and Middle East was 430,000 tons, taking 3%.
