The 8th China (Guangrao) International Rubber Tire & Auto Accessory Exhibition (China GRTAE) will be held at Guangrao International Exhibition Center in Shandong province May 15-17, 2017.
This year's theme, "Leading Future Trends with Quality Tires," will bring the exhibition to a new and higher level, on par with the world's leading industry expos. The event is spearheading the transformation of tire industry and acting as the messenger to the world: tires made in China are known around the globe for their high quality and the safety.
China GRTAE features 42,000m2 exhibition space and more than 600 exhibitors, spanning the entire production chain; tires; wheels; rubber tire equipment; rubber raw materials; auto maintenance products; automotive accessories; tire manufacturing technologies and tire retreading equipment. More than 40 of the world's top 75 global tire manufacturers and Fortune Global 500 companies are on the exhibitor list. International chambers of commerce and associations including the Brazil-China Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the German Chambers of Commerce Greater China (AHK Greater China), and the European American Chamber of Commerce and Industry have shown their interest in group purchases.
With seven years of experience, the exhibition has seen continuous improvement in scale, visibility and influence, and has been recognized as one of "China's Top 10 Brand Exhibition Projects" for five consecutive years, becoming the second largest professional tire exhibition in the world. In September 2015, China GRTAE received the UFI certification, becoming one of the first exhibitions in Shandong province and China to gain the recognition. The UFI certification shows that China GRTAE has moved into the roster of the world's leading exhibitions.
New additions to the event include a rest area and a media center, signaling anenhancement in the services offered.
Choosing Guangrao as the location for China GRTAE helps to amplify the industrial agglomeration effect, the advantages bestowed on an industry that places its entire production chain within one city or region, with the result that China's tire manufacturers were able to vastly accelerate their move onto the international stage as well undertake the needed transformation of the sector. Just as Detroit earned the name the Motor City,Guangrao is now quickly on its way to earning the right to call itself the world's Tire City.
