Ministry of Environmental Protection issues key pollutant discharge entities directories

The Ministry of Environmental Protection has issued the Management Rules of Key Pollutant Discharge Entities Directories (for Trial Implementation).

MEP divided the directories into five categories according to environments being polluted.

Included are key pollutant discharge entities directory for water environment, key pollutant discharge entities directory for air environment, key pollutant discharge entities directory for soil environment, key pollutant discharge entities directory for voice environment, and key pollutant discharge entities directory for other environment.

A large number of tire and rubber enterprises have already been involved in the directories. The new management rules reflect even elaborative supervision on environmental protection.

An industry insider holds that it will be another impact on the tire industry.
