Statistics showed that there were 27,210,000 tons of rubber consumed in the world, and predicted to reach 28,050,000 tons by 2017, year-on-year rising by 3%-3.4%.
Top 20 rubber consumption countries took 90% all over the world, posting 24,440,000 tons. Amongst, China tool one in three, and countries in Asia Pacific Area including Indonesia, Thailand, India etc. grew fast.
About 68% to 70% of rubber were used to producing tires.
