Qingdao Rubber Valley Approved to Pilot Patent Operation
Qingdao Rubber Valley has lately been recognized by the State Intellectual Property Office to launch pilot operation of patent-related businesses, making it the third firm in Qingdao authorized to do such business.
Established in 2012, Qingdao Rubber Valley was jointly established by the Rubber Valley Group and the Intellectual Property Publication House.
The joint-venture has become an outstanding intellectual property service provider that establishes a one-stop service system, including intellectual property development, protection, analysis and use, management and consultancy, investment and financing, transaction, as well as transition, in Shandong province.
The Technology Bureau of Qingdao City is to take patent operation as a priority to nurture the development of a number of companies with rich experiences in patent navigation analysis, evaluation, industrialization, investment and financing.
Besides Qingdao Rubber Valley, Hisense Group and Qingdao Joint Innovation Investment & Management Co., Ltd. have also been authorized as pilot companies for China’s patent operation project.
