China Tiremaker Using SEMA to Launch New Truck Tires

China Tiremaker SEMA Truck Tires

China’s Enjoy Tyre has launched the new medium truck tire brand Routeway, and plans to have its latest steer and drive radials on hand at the upcoming SEMA Show/Global Tire Expo.

The new tires include the Routeway RW207 for steer axle applications and the RW105 drive pattern.

The Routeway RW207 incorporates a new groove design that the company claims extends tread life, and has increased stiffness in the shoulder rib area for ride comfort. The Routeway RW105 drive has a “multi-pattern design that guarantees excellent traction and braking performance,” Enjoy claims, and a deep, chip resistant tread for longer on-road life.

In addition to the two medium truck tires, Enjoy said it would be showing its Enjoyland H/T and A/T light truck/SUV tires, which the company said will initially be available in 10 sizes. Enjoy Tyre managing director Xu Xia said the tiremaker is also working on passenger and performance lines for introduction in 2014.

“The SEMA Show is an extremely important event for the company as we look to further enhance our presence in the North American tire market particularly with our Routeway truck range,” Xu said. “Enjoy looks forward to meeting interested visitors on our booth during the event to discuss our products and services in greater detail.”
