Waste Yokohama Tires sold in new identification

Yokohama Tire was referred in  an investigation that the company may sell waste tires as new tires.

A Hunan media reported that the local industry and commercial department has found that there were 24,000 units of Yokohama Tires which were produced in 2016, and revised production date to 2018, flowing into market. 

As the tire producer, Yokohama (Suzhou) Tire said they has no idea about those tires. And an insider said that Yokohama (Suzhou）Tire is only a tire factory, and Yokohama (Shanghai) Sell Company is in charge of Yokohama Tire's selling.

The local department that those tires were still stocked in factory in May 2018, waiting for applying for declaring worthless.

After that those tires were sold at 20 yuan/unit to Beijing Lungang Trade Co.,Ltd. in the name of waste tires.

And the sell list was showed that Yokohama Tire's manager signed on the list which showed that the company was totally knowing the whole things. 

According to Yokohama Tire's company rules, all the waste tires have to be cut before ex-plant, and prevent unqualified tires flowing into market.

How were those wast tires entering into market? Yokohama Tire's factory and sell company both said that they have no idea.

According to investigation, registration address of Beijing Lungang Trade Co.,Ltd was same with Beijing Hualin Tiancheng Technology Co.,Ltd..  And the latter was Yokohama Tire's agent in Beijing.

Now, Beijing Industry and Commercial department has intervening into investigation.
