SHFE rubber futures dip further tracking Tocom

Rubber futures traded on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) fell again on Thursday (July 10, 2014), tracking the loss on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange (Tocom).

The most actively traded contract for September 2014 delivery ended at 13,930 yuan/metric ton, down 55 yuan or 0.39% from the previous settlement.

Rubber has been a leading decliner in the commodity markets recently, and the falling momentum is likely to continue in the short term, analysts say.
