China's tire market spikes in replacement demand

China’s tire market would face replacement boom in 2012, because of record-high vehicle consumption in 2009, said analysts in Dongxing Securities.
Nowadays, there are 104 million vehicles in China, which means 167 million units of tires need to be replaced in 2012, evaluating on three-year replacement period.
During 2011 to 2015, China would need 25 million units of tire increased each year, according to Dongxing Securities.
