China auto output up 9.5% in first seven months

China’s auto production amounted to 13.5 million units in the first seven months of 2014, up 9.48 percent year on year, according to data released by China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.
In July, the country’s output of automobiles totaled 1.72 million units, up 8.64 percent from the corresponding period of 2013, the CAAM data show.
