Sales of China-produced automobiles continued steady growth in May, said the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) on Sunday.
Some 1.76 million units were sold in China last month, a rise of 9.81% year on year, said the CAAM.
In the first five months of 2013, auto sales gained 12.56% from a year ago to 9.028 million units, including 7.26 million passenger cars, representing a surge of 14.73% from the corresponding period of last year.
