China auto exports down 7.4% on year in Jan-Nov

China exported 893,700 motor vehicles in the first eleven months of this year, a drop of 7.4 percent year on year, according to the latest statistics released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).

China’s passenger vehicle exports during the first eleven months totaled 548,600 units, down 9.6 percent year on year, according to the CAAM.

In November, China’s auto exports reached 87,700 units, down 4.4 percent year on year and 2.1 percent month on month. Passenger car exports in November came to 56,100 units, down 5.7 percent from a year ago and 4.0 percent from the previous month.
